Refund policy

🔄 LadyDrobe Returns & Refunds Policy

At LadyDrobe, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund under the terms below.


✅ Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The 14-day period begins the day you (or a nominated person) receive your order.


📦 Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

  • A return request must be made by email before sending the package (see contact details below). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


💷 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but usually appear within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.

  • Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care, hygiene or intimate products (such as cosmetics, underwear, or swimwear).

  • Customised or personalised products.

  • Sale / clearance items marked as Final Sale.

  • Gift cards.


🛠️ Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If reported within 7 days of delivery, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer you either:

    • A replacement at no extra cost, or

    • A full refund, including original shipping costs.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way is to return the unwanted item for a refund, and then place a new order for the replacement.
